Responsible for product roadmap, feature r&d, and prioritization, as well as performing all user experience direction and design across the core platform and customer deliverables for iOS, Android, Web, and Smart Glasses clients. As a UX Director, I was responsible for designing a developer-focused, enterprise workforce enablement platform from the ground up, enabling developers to quickly build and deploy low-code, cross-platform applications that simultaneously run on iOS, Android, Web, Smart Glasses, and mixed-reality devices. Led or directly designed the entire toolchain including: a web-based workflow authoring tool, web dashboard and data management tools, mobile-iOS client, mobile-Android client, multiple Smart Glasses clients (including voice-driven solutions), and an AR (HoloLens) client. In this role, I designed for a broad range of customer solutions including online grocery picking, aircraft wire assembly & maintenance, warehouse logistics, auto inspections, pharma, and much more. Oversaw the rebrand of APX-Labs to Upskill, designing all collateral including logo, brand guide, and marketing evergreen materials. Produced video assets and hero imagery used across the web and tradeshows. Solely rebuilt the entire upskill.io website including all IA, coding, content, and styling. Performed tip-to-tail production for all UI & UX Design on Homesnap’s Web, iOS, Apple Watch, and Android clients.
